The next step in her journey was Yoga Teacher Training and completing that education was one of the best decisions she has ever made for herself. Andrea believes that yoga is for everybody and her hope is to facilitate YOU to feeling the same way she did when practicing: empowered, strong, flexible, connected with her higher self, and filled with peace.

Kim’s journey of healing began in the 12 Step rooms 25 years ago, and that beautifully, unfolding, winding, path lead her to her first yoga class in 2014. That class ignited a passion as she sought to re-connect with her true Self. Her yoga journey continued, answering the undeniable pull towards teacher training; her intention to have a deeper understanding of the practice that nourished every fiber of her being. After completing her 250 hour training, she took the seat of the teacher, experiencing exponential and profound growth in both her practice and herself. Her journey has come full circle as she weaves together the ancient healing traditions of the eight limbs of yoga with the principles of the steps, so that what is learned on the mat can be lived off the mat. .
